Last night, a rally for Google at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing took place. Why is this important? It is to show support for the Greater Lansing area as a test site for the Google broadband fiber network. Local area governments are working together to complete the application and hopefully be selected as a test site. Just think, faster Internet connection speeds and possibly more jobs!
